Our fees & membership plans
As a practice we take pride in making sure that our patients receive the best quality care at an affordable price. Our patients fall into two categories for how they pay for their dental care. They are either pay as you go or they become a Denplan Member at the practice.
Pay as you go patients pay for each item of service they receive. For example if you have an exam you will pay an exam fee or if you having a filling you pay a filling fee.

Denplan Members join a monthly payment plan allowing them to spread the cost of their private dental care. As a patient it allows you to budget for your dental care and helps prevent unexpected bills. We have different membership categories for all ages and dental needs. ​For those who are interested in implants, orthodontics and cosmetic Dentistry who do offer a 0% flexible payment plan. This is a monthly payment plan which allows you to spread the cost of a specific treatment. See below for further details.
Denplan Membership
Denplan from Simplyhealth Professionals allows you to budget for your private dental care by spreading the cost. We offer different categories of Denplan from basic cover to full comprehensive cover including categories for both adults and children. With joining Denplan it is a cost effective way of protecting you and your family from future dental problems and will hopefully prevent unexpected bills.

She can answer any questions that you have and talk you through the process of becoming a Denplan Member and the different categories we offer.

Denplan offers other products like protecting yourself against dental emergencies and injuries both in the UK and worldwide through a Denplan Supplementary Insurance. If you have a dental emergency this includes a 24 hour dental emergency helpline.
At Boldmere Dental Practice we have three Denplan categories known as Denplan Essentials, Care and Kids. Denplan Essentials provides you with with routine dental and hygiene care whereas Denplan Care offers more comprehensive cover. The final category is for children known as Denplan Kids.
Denplan Essentials
Denplan Essentials is a monthly payment plan that covers your routine preventative dental care such as examinations, X rays, hygiene visits and any emergency assessment visits. If any dental work is needed you get a 10% discount. The Denplan Supplementary Insurance is optional. Please note implants, orthodontics and cosmetic treatment are not included. The cost of Denplan Essentials is from £12.36 per month as it depends on the number of dental and hygiene visits you opt for.

Care
Denplan Care is a monthly payment plan that includes all your routine preventative care plus a wide range of dental treatments. It includes routine dental care such as examinations, X rays, hygiene visit and emergency assessment visit. Denplan Care provides you with a more comprehensive cover as it includes any necessary fillings, extractions and root canal treatment (excludes root canal instrument fee). It also includes crowns, bridges and dentures(excluding laboratory fee).The Denplan Supplementary Insurance is optional. Please note implants, orthodontics and cosmetic treatment are not included. The cost of Denplan Care is from £22.94 per month as it depends on your dental health as well as how much dental care you will need.
Denplan
Kids
Denplan Kids is a monthly payment plan to support children from an early age up until they are 18. It includes regular examinations as well as preventative care. Such care includes oral hygiene instruction and diet advice as well as the placement of protective sealants and the regular application of fluoride. Cleaning will be provided for those if it is needed. The cost of Denplan Kids is from £8.33 per month.

Finance Plans
If you are considering having dental treatment such as dental implants, braces or cosmetic work you may opt to spread the cost of your dental treatment with our flexible payment plan.

The flexible payment plan is through Simply health Professionals. Once you are happy to commence with treatment you will need to fill out some simple paperwork, pay a deposit and then a monthly payment plan will be set up to pay for your treatment.
​
The deposit and the duration of the monthly payments will depend upon the treatment undertaken. The flexible payment plan is at no extra cost to you.
